“Why does one begin to write? Because she feels misunderstood, I guess. Because it never comes out clearly enough when she tries to speak. Because she wants to rephrase the world, to take it in and give it back again differently, so that everything is used and nothing is lost. Because it’s something to do to pass the time until she is old enough to experience the things she writes about.” ― Nicole Krauss
I often think stories especially when trying to fall asleep or while walking alone in the nature. Sometimes, these are closely connected with daily experience, with my observation of life, nature and people. My children are also a big inspiration for me. In daily conversations we have I often find the simplicity, open-mindedness, good will and joy they express in their everyday lives.
I like to escape into the world of unknown possibilities and yet undiscovered life.
I have always loved reading and that was the main reason I decided to study literature at university. After my studies my professional life took completely different course – far away from books and writing.
Some things do change but the essential ones do not, they stay with us forever, sometimes only buried for a certain period. When the right time comes they rise from dust and they live their own story. This one is mine and I am happy to share it with you.
Thanks for reading me.
P.S.: Views are my own. I am not a professional writer nor photographer. All texts (apart from those re-blogged from other sources) and photos are my creation. You can share them freely but please quote the original source. Thank you.
